NFL Odds, Overview & Predictions for Each Game in Week 10

Written by on November 9, 2021

If you love the underdog, then Week 9 was your sports betting week in the NFL. Did you expect Jacksonville to beat Buffalo at home? Did you expect the Jaguars to do it scoring just nine points? Did you think that Teddy Bridgewater would win a quarterback duel against Dak Prescott so convincingly that the Dallas Cowboys would look laughable? Did you think the New York Giants would take down the AFC West-leading Las Vegas Raiders? If so, kudos to you — but we didn’t pick any of those outcomes.

Here’s to a better set of outcomes in NFL Week 10.

NFL News: Odds, Overview & Predictions for Each Game in Week 10

Baltimore Ravens (-7) at Miami Dolphins (O/U 46.5)

Thursday, November 11 | 8:20 pm ET | FOX/NFL Network
The combination of Lamar Jackson and Marquise “Hollywood” Brown is heating up, and tight end Mark Andrews has also emerged as a top target. The Miami defense will get pounded by the run and then give up big bombs down the field. Also, Tua Tagovailoa is not expected to play again this week for Miami.

Buffalo Bills (-13.5) at N.Y. Jets (47.5)

Sunday, November 14 | 1:00 pm ET | CBS
The Bills’ defense was terrific last week, holding Trevor Lawrence and the Jaguars’ offense to nine points. On offense, Buffalo tried to get cute and make big plays down the field, and things didn’t work. Expect a simpler approach with Josh Allen taking what the Jets’ defense gives him, and expect a big Buffalo win.

Jacksonville Jaguars (+10.5) at Indianapolis Colts (47.5)

Sunday, November 14 | 1:00 pm ET | CBS
The Jaguars have been much worse on the road than at home this season. The Colts like to keep handing the ball off to Jonathan Taylor to soften things up for Carson Wentz. This is a big line, but the Colts will do a better job of adjusting to what Jacksonville allows them to have open than the Bills did last week.

Cleveland Browns (+1.5) at New England Patriots (45.5)

Sunday, November 14 | 1:00 pm ET | CBS
The Browns climbed back out of the grave with a 41-16 beating of the Bengals in Cincinnati. The Patriots knocked off Carolina last week as well, moving within striking distance of Buffalo in the AFC East. The Pats need their defense to make plays and their running game to bleed the clock, while the Browns should be able to pound the ball with Nick Chubb and use their pass rush to get Mac Jones to make mistakes. Side observation: will Myles Garrett light up Mac Jones after video of Jones seemingly attempting to injure a Carolina defender after a strip-sack last week?

Browns to Cover : Bet the Game Today

Atlanta Falcons (+9) at Dallas Cowboys (53)

Sunday, November 14 | 1:00 pm ET | FOX
Atlanta won at New Orleans last week. That fact seems to have escaped a lot of the handicappers this week, as the Falcons are big road dogs against a Dallas team that looked sloppy and apathetic against Denver. Can Mike McCarthy get his team’s head back on straight? The Cowboys should be able to light up the Atlanta secondary, but Dallas’ defense couldn’t stop Teddy Bridgewater and the Denver offense, even after the Broncos’ O-line was three starters down.

Falcons to Cover : Bet the Game Today

New Orleans Saints (+2.5) at Tennessee Titans (45)

Sunday, November 14 | 1:00 pm ET | CBS
The Titans beat the Rams last week thanks to a turnover-heavy defense, which had a pick-six and another interception of Matthew Stafford that gave the Titans the ball in the red zone. Without Derrick Henry, the Titans’ power running game is not nearly as intimidating, and the Saints have a solid pass rush. Oddly, the Saints have played better away from the Superdome this season.

Saints to Cover : Bet the Game Today

Tampa Bay Buccaneers (-9.5) at Washington Football Team (51.5)

Sunday, November 14 | 1:00 pm ET | FOX
Both teams come in off the bye, and the Buccaneers have the frustrations of that loss to New Orleans to work out. The Football Team still has a dreadful defense.

Detroit Lions (+8.5) at Pittsburgh Steelers (43)

Sunday, November 14 | 1:00 pm ET
Najee Harris has shown that he is ready to be a grinding NFL running back, and when the Steelers are tired of running the ball, they can get some big plays on slants and checkdowns from their receivers. The defense should have plenty of opportunity to harass Jared Goff.

Steelers Win and Cover : Bet the Game Today

Minnesota Vikings (+2.5) at L.A. Chargers (51.5)

Sunday, November 14 | 4:05 pm ET | CBS
The Vikings keep fumbling away game after close game. It doesn’t help that they can’t rush the passer and they can’t cover receivers well, and the Chargers have both Mike Williams and Keenan Allen running routes for Justin Herbert. The Vikings will be able to sustain drives running the ball, but Kirk Cousins will falter late.

Chargers Win and Cover : Bet the Game Today

Carolina Panthers (+10) at Arizona Cardinals (45)

Sunday, November 14 | 4:05 pm ET | FOX
This is a dangerously big line given that the Cardinals might miss Kyler Murray and DeAndre Hopkins for the second straight week. They did beat San Francisco with the running game and by distributing the ball to a number of receivers. Sam Darnold could start, but it could also be P.J. Walker. It’s not an offense that Christian McCaffrey can sustain by himself. However, without Murray and Hopkins, I’m staying away from this one. Wait for the injury reports before you bet on this game.

Philadelphia Eagles (+3) at Denver Broncos (44)

Sunday, November 14 | 4:25 pm ET | CBS
Denver could have a big letdown after trouncing Dallas last week, and their defense should load the box better than Dallas did. Expect Jalen Hurts’ mobility and intermediate passing accuracy to keep the Eagles’ offense on the field.

Eagles to Cover : Bet the Game Today

Seattle Seahawks (+4) at Green Bay Packers (50)

Sunday, November 14 | 4:25 pm ET | CBS
Both teams should get their starting quarterbacks back. Green Bay’s defense held Kansas City to just 13 points last week, but their cornerbacks are banged up. Expect Aaron Rodgers to keep handing the ball to Aaron Jones against a soft Seattle rushing defense, and expect Rodgers to capitalize with play-action calls that send the ball down the field.

Packers Win and Cover : Bet the Game Today

Sunday Night Football

Kansas City Chiefs (-2.5) at Las Vegas Raiders (51.5)

Sunday, November 14 | 8:20 pm ET, NBC
Kansas City has won 11 of the last 13 meetings in this rivalry. Their defense limited Green Bay with a backup quarterback last week — and Derek Carr hit a wall in New York. However, Carr has bounced back so far this season, and Patrick Mahomes only led his team to 13 points.

Raiders Cover : Bet the Game Today

Monday Night Football

L.A. Rams (-4.5) at San Francisco 49ers (49.5)

Monday, November 15 | 8:15 pm ET | ESPN
Both of these teams lost last week; ironically, the Rams are stronger on the road, and they should bounce back. The 49ers seem to ask more questions about Kyle Shanahan with each passing week.
