NASCAR Cup Series Odds and Betting Opportunities for Coke Zero Sugar 400

William Byron paid off on +2200 odds to win the Go Bowling at the Glen Cup Series race on Sunday, giving him his fifth series win in 2023. That’s the most he has ever won in six Cup Series seasons and the most by any Cup Series driver this year. He beat Denny Hamlin by a whopping 2.632 seconds to get the victory, leading 66 of the 90 laps overall and growing his lead on each of the last 10 laps. Hamlin kept himself in the running for the Cup Series Regular season Championship, now trailing Martin Truex Jr by 39 points going into the last race of the regular season – the Coke Zero Sugar 400. This finale takes place on Saturday at 7:00 pm Eastern at Daytona International Speedway. You can watch the action on NBC, stream it on Peacock, or listen on Motor Racing Network or SiriusXM. Bet on the NASCAR Cup Series Coke Zero Sugar 400!

Denny Hamlin

has two wins among four top-five finishes in the five races at Daytona from 2019 to 2021. However, in the three Daytona races between 2022 and today, Hamlin has not cracked the top ten one time. Will his shot at a regular-season title motivate him to get back to the top of the field on Saturday?

Ryan Blaney

has 16 top-ten finishes in the 34 superspeedway races he’s entered in the Cup Series since 2015. No one else in the Cup Series has more.

Joey Logano

has one of the two best top-ten finish rates on superspeedways over the last ten years. He’s part of Team Penske, which has put together an elite group of drivers and cars in plate-track races.

Chase Elliott

needs this win to qualify for the Cup Series playoffs. One of the most talented drivers of this generation is suffering from an extended slump. Can he turn things around with his back against the wall?

Ricky Stenhouse Jr

won the Daytona 500 earlier this year, giving him three wins at superspeedways. He has a 21% top-five finish rate at Daytona, fourth-best in this field.

Bubba Wallace

has an average finish of 13th at Daytona, third-best among Cup Series drivers.

Michael McDowell

has cracked the top 15 in 11 of the last 15 races at Daytona – and he has one victory in that span as well.

Ross Chastain

has not done well in the Cup Series at Daytona, although he has prospered at the other superspeedways. In 2022, he came in second in both Atlanta races, and in the last three Talladega races, he has a victory and a fourth-place finish.

Kyle Larson

is still looking for a Cup Series win at Talladega, Daytona, or the renovated Atlanta. The Cup Series has had 10 superspeedway races since the start of 2022; Larson’s average finish is 25th, and he has exactly one top-five result.

Chris Buescher

has 12 top-ten finishes in 34 superspeedway races, a 35% top-ten finish rate that ranks sixth in this field.

Erik Jones

has two plate-track wins, in the Busch Clash and in the Daytona race back in the summer of 2018. In the last seven Talladega races, he has six top-ten finishes, and he has four straight top-15 finishes at the renovated Atlanta track.
