The Bulls have been wildly inconsistent lately, and as a result, they are in danger of missing the playoffs. Their big win over Indiana on Tuesday got them within two games of the Pacers for the last spot in the East. Against Houston, they face a team that is anything but reliable on defense but who can put points up in bunches. The Bulls are capable of scoring against the Rockets’ defense, and if they can slow the pace down at all, they have a good chance of pulling off the win.
