    North Carolina

    Incoming recruit Jalek Felton will join forward Tony Bradley in making the Tar Heels a strong program once again. Expect Luke Maye to have a breakout season. Now that North Carolina has proven that you can offer fake classes to athletes as long as you offer them to everyone on campus without the NCAA doing anything you, that shadow is of the program and they won’t have that distraction.

    Louisville

    This is the big wild card in the deck. What sanctions will the NCAA hand down? How will the program respond to losing head coach Rick Pitino to a scandal?     Missouri
